The Opereit connector for Zoho Desk, a Zoho Desk extension, adds an Opereit panel to the ticket detail screen, so agents can file a carrier claim for a shipment without leaving the ticket.
The connector is currently private. You’ll need an installation link from your Opereit contact before you can install it.
The connector connects to your Opereit account with an API key. Create one first.
1

Log in to Zoho Desk

Navigate to your Zoho Desk account and log in as an administrator. You’ll need admin access to install extensions and configure permissions.
2

Open the installation link

Since the connector is private, it won’t appear in the public Zoho Marketplace. Paste the installation link we shared with you into your browser — it will redirect you to the connector’s installation screen in Zoho Desk.
3

Set departments and profiles

Choose which departments and agent profiles should have access to the connector, then accept the terms of use and install.

Authorize the API connection

Once installed, Zoho Desk will prompt you to authorize the connection between the connector and Opereit’s API.

Click Authorize, then enter the API Key ID and API Key Password as the username and password, and click Connect. If you don’t have a key yet, create one first.

Start filing claims

You’re done. Open any ticket and look for the Opereit icon in the left sidebar. Click it to open the panel and create a claim — Opereit will walk you through shipment, item, and incident details.
