The Opereit extension for Zoho Desk adds a Opereit panel to the ticket detail screen, so agents can file a carrier claim for a shipment without leaving the ticket.
The extension is currently private. You’ll need an installation link from your Opereit contact before you can install it.
1

Log in to Zoho Desk

Navigate to your Zoho Desk account and log in as an administrator. You’ll need admin access to install extensions and configure permissions.
2

Open the installation link

Since the extension is private, it won’t appear in the public Zoho Marketplace. Paste the installation link we shared with you into your browser — it will redirect you to the extension’s installation screen in Zoho Desk.
3

Set departments and profiles

Choose which departments and agent profiles should have access to the extension, then accept the terms of use and install.

Authorize the API connection

Once installed, Zoho Desk will prompt you to authorize the connection between the extension and Opereit’s API.

Start filing claims

You’re done. Open any ticket and look for the Opereit icon in the left sidebar. Click it to open the panel and create a claim — Opereit will walk you through shipment, item, and incident details.
